MY STORY

From Couch to Coach

I wanted to create a community where everyone could feel welcome and safe, somewhere that people could come and not feel intimated.

The Sweat Hut is a fun exciting place to come and exercise, meet new friends and more importantly “to feel good between the ears”.

Sue trained at the ripe old age of 47 after feeling fed up of feeling fed up!!

 What struck me from before I even started, was that it was very much a 'community' and based on friendship and having fun! I was immediately made to feel welcome and loved the relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
