Across the year we will run a variety of 'Body Transformation' programs (weight, BMI & full body measurements are taken) which usually run for 6 weeks. We also run courses for mama's and their babies, teenagers and even specially designed sessions for the over 50s.
We are also launching a new OUTDOOR BOOTCAMP which will be for experienced and active members to really push themselves to their next level of training.
