I am currently training for my very first half marathon and I have committed to run the London Marathon in 2022, both for charities. I am relatively new to running and I am looking to build up my strength and fitness to coincide with the running. I am hoping by joining all these wonderful classes, that I will be able to do that! Definitely pushing myself out of my comfort zone but hopefully as I work shifts, I can manage to slot into the sessions on offer fairly easily!
